Thuvaram Paruppu Thogaiyal

Ingredients:
Thuvaramparuppu - 1 cup
Milagu / pepper - 5 or 6 nos
Salt -1/4 tsp

Method:

Heat a little oil in a pan and add thuvarumparuppu and milagu.Fry for a minute till it gives nice aroma.Turn off the stove, let it cool and transfer the contents to a blender.Add salt and grind it to fine paste with little or no water.It can either be served as sidedish for vathakuzhambu sadam (Rice) or can mixed with sadam and have  vathakuzhambu as it`s sidedish.
