keerai mor kootu

This is one of my favourite kootu with simple ingredients and less time consuming procedures.It`s so yummy adding a different taste to the usual keerai kootu.Try this out with some spicy side dish or karamathu.
Ingredients:
Spinach - two bunch (if small)
Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
Red chilly - 2 nos
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Yogurt / curd - 2 cups
Mustard seeds - for seasoning
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Method:
Wash the keerai /spinach thoroughly in water two to three times and drain the water.Chop the spinach and cook it with little water.Meantime blend grated coconut,jeera and red chilly into a fine paste.When the spinach is fully cooked,add the blended paste,salt and asafoetida to it.Turn off the stove and let it cool to room temperature.Now add the yogurt and mix well.Season with mustard seeds.
